No doubt these exercises are extremely useful, and they should be carried out after five to six months of the delivery.

• Women need to take proper sleep. It is because in order to take proper care of your baby, women need to have proper sleep. Moreover, when they will have proper rest, then the body will start coming back to its great shape after baby. For this purpose, one needs to take alternate nights off. Ask your husband or any other person from your family to help you out in this regard.
